Prayer times vary throughout the year due to seasonal changes in sunrise and sunset, influenced by Ismailia's latitude. The city operates on Africa/Cairo timezone, and prayer calculations follow a standard method. The Qibla direction for prayer is oriented towards Mecca, which lies a significant distance southeast of Ismailia. This consistent orientation unites the local community in worship.
