Prayer-Time Orientation Muslims in Bologna observe the five daily prayers—Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha—according to the city's timezone, Europe/Rome. Prayer times vary throughout the year due to seasonal changes in sunrise and sunset, influenced by Bologna's latitude. The calculation method used determines the precise moments for each prayer. The Qibla direction, indicating the orientation towards Mecca, is a key reference for worshippers, along with the distance to Mecca. These factors ensure that the daily prayer rhythm aligns with Islamic requirements.
